Refund and Return Policy

At Vision Enhancers, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
